About Tool365

A collection of practical online tools built to be simple, fast, and accessible.

Tool365 is a collection of online utilities for developers, designers, creators, and anyone who occasionally needs a useful tool without installing software.

The idea is straightforward: common tasks should have simple, accessible tools that work when you need them. Instead of searching for a separate website for every small job, Tool365 brings those utilities together in one place.

Many of the tools are designed to process your data directly in the browser. This keeps the experience fast and, where technically possible, avoids sending your input to a server.

What matters to us

Free to use

Tool365 is built around free access to practical utilities without subscriptions or premium tiers.

Privacy-conscious

Where possible, processing happens directly in your browser so your input does not need to leave your device.

Built for speed

Tools are designed to get out of the way and give you a useful result without unnecessary steps.

No account needed for tools

You never need to sign up to use a tool. An account is only needed to comment on a tool page or submit a tool request.

Tools and categories

Tool365 currently has 77 tools across 9 categories, and the list keeps growing.

How processing works

Most Tool365 tools are intentionally browser-based. Image conversion and compression, icon and favicon previews, color tools, blob and glassmorphism generators, text and code utilities, formatters, and the hash generator all process your input locally using browser APIs — the file or text you provide is not uploaded to our servers to produce the result.

A small number of tools do need a server request. The social media downloaders (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X) send the URL you provide to our server, which fetches the public page on your behalf and returns the available download links. The favicon and app-icon generators send your uploaded image to our server to build the icon package and return it as a ZIP. Neither the URL nor the image is retained after the request completes.

We aim to make these distinctions clear on each tool rather than claim that every operation on the site is client-side. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Accounts & comments

You never need an account to use a tool. Creating a free account is only needed for two things: commenting on a tool page, and submitting a tool request so we can email you when it ships.

You can sign up with an email and password or with Google, GitHub, or Twitter/X where those options are shown. Comments are public and moderated — you can report a comment that breaks our guidelines, and you can delete your account at any time from account settings.

Keeping Tool365 free

Tool365 is supported primarily through advertising. This helps cover hosting, infrastructure, and development costs while allowing the tools to remain available without a subscription.

The goal is to keep advertising separate from the tools themselves and avoid adding unnecessary friction to everyday tasks.
