Most tools process text, code, and files on your device. We do not save those inputs or results as a tool history.

Some tools need a server to work. This includes the social video downloaders, favicon and app-icon generators, SVG-to-PNG converter, and tools that check or prepare information from a website. They send the relevant URL, image, or input so we can return the result. Avoid sending confidential information to these tools.

You need an account to save favorites, comment or report a comment, report a bug, or request a tool. You can contact us without an account. We use the details and message you provide to provide the feature or respond to you.

Comments on tool pages are public. Do not include private or sensitive information in a comment.

An account contains information such as your name and email address and the sign-in method you use. If you sign in with another provider, that provider handles sign-in under its own privacy policy. Account emails are used for account and requested-service messages, not marketing.

We and our service providers may process basic connection, browser, device, and page-visit information to operate the site, protect it from abuse, understand general usage, and improve performance.

Browser storage may remember preferences such as your theme or recently opened tools. Clearing your browser storage removes those saved preferences.

A required cookie keeps you signed in. Analytics and advertising services may also use cookies or similar technologies. These may collect information about your visits and how you use the site.

Ads may be personalized. You can manage cookies in your browser and Google ad personalization in Google Ad Settings. The providers have their own privacy policies and choices.

We keep account details and submissions for as long as needed to provide the service, respond to you, and address safety or abuse issues.

You can request account deletion in your account settings. It signs you out immediately. You can cancel deletion by signing in again within 30 days. After that, we remove or replace account identifiers. Comments, bug reports, and tool requests may remain without their account identifiers. The remaining anonymized account record is removed within 90 days after that change; a non-identifying deletion record may be kept.

Deleting your account does not automatically delete a separate message sent through the contact form. Contact us if you want to request removal of a submission.

You can update or delete your account from its settings, control browser storage through your browser, or ask us about information associated with you through our Contact page. Your privacy rights may depend on where you live.

Tool365 is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
