Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tool365, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

Description of Services

Tool365 provides 50+ free browser-based utilities across 12 categories including text tools, code formatters, data converters, security tools, CSS generators, image tools, design utilities, SEO tools, PDF tools, developer tools, social media tools, and generators.

Most tools process data entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript — no data is transmitted to our servers. A small number of tools require external network requests to function:

  • AI-powered tools (Tweet Generator, AI Prompt Optimizer) send your input to an AI API to generate output.
  • Social media downloaders (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) request publicly accessible media from third-party platforms.
  • Meta Tag Validator fetches the HTML of a URL you provide to audit its meta tags.

In all cases, only the minimum data required for the tool to function is transmitted, and nothing is retained after delivery.

Use of Service

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use Tool365 for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the service through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or other malicious activity
  • Use automated systems to send more requests than a human could reasonably produce
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code through the service
  • Use our tools to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Use social media downloader tools to download content you do not have the right to download or distribute

3.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any data, text, code, or content you input into our tools. Tool365 does not store, monitor, or have access to content you process. For tools that make external requests, you are responsible for ensuring the content and URLs you submit comply with applicable laws and third-party terms of service.

Free Service & No Warranty

All Tool365 services are provided completely free of charge with no usage limits, paywalls, or premium tiers. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results from our tools
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
  • Fitness for any particular purpose, including production or security-critical use

Always verify outputs from security tools (passwords, hashes, JWT secrets) independently before relying on them in production systems.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tool365 — including source code, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Tool365 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Output generated by our tools (formatted code, converted data, generated passwords, CSS, SVGs, etc.) belongs entirely to you and can be used freely for any purpose, including commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tool365 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in tool outputs
  • Reliance on security tool outputs without independent verification
  • Third-party content accessed via social media downloader tools
  • Any other matter relating to the service

Third-Party Links & Advertisements

Tool365 may contain links to third-party websites and displays advertisements through Google AdSense to keep the service free. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or advertisers. Access to external links is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Tool365 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you have questions, visit our Contact page.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or abuse of our services. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
