Tool365 offers a comprehensive suite of free online tools designed for developers, designers, and digital professionals:

All tools process data entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript. No data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use Tool365 for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the service through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or other malicious activities
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code through the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
  • Use our tools to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content

3.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any data, text, code, or content you input into our tools. Since all processing occurs locally in your browser, Tool365 does not store, monitor, or have access to the content you process.

4. Free Service & No Warranty

All Tool365 services are provided completely free of charge with no limits, paywalls, or premium tiers. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results from our tools
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
  • Security of data processed through our tools (though we implement best practices)

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tool365, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by Tool365 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on Tool365 without express written permission.

The output generated by our tools (formatted code, converted data, generated passwords, etc.) belongs to you and can be used freely for any purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tool365 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in tool outputs
  • Reliance on security tools (passwords, hashes) without proper verification
  • Any other matter relating to the service

7. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

Tool365 may contain links to third-party websites or display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or advertisers. Access to such links is at your own risk. Advertisements help us keep the service free for all users.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Tool365 after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions or abuse of our services.
