By using Tool365, you agree to these terms. Tool365 provides free online tools and optional account features. Most tools do not require an account.

Some tools send a URL, file, or other input to our service to return a result. Read our Privacy Policy before submitting information you do not want processed outside your device.

You need an account to save favorites, comment or report a comment, report a bug, or request a tool. Contacting us does not require an account. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in details.

Comments are public. Do not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, misleading, spam, or rights-infringing content, or content that reveals private information.

You keep ownership of your comments. By posting, you let Tool365 store and display them as part of the service. If you delete your account, a comment may remain without your account details. We may remove content or limit an account to protect users or the service.

You must not:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Try to access accounts or systems without permission, disrupt the site, or bypass security or abuse protections.
• Send malware, overload the site, or use automated requests to abuse or scrape the service at scale.
• Use a downloader to copy or share content without permission or against the source platform's rules.

You are responsible for the information and files you submit and for having permission to use or process them.

You generally may use outputs made from your own input, including for commercial purposes, unless the law or another person's rights say otherwise. Content retrieved from another service remains subject to its owner's rights and that service's rules.

Tool results may be incomplete or incorrect. Check results before relying on them, especially for security-sensitive, production, or other important decisions. Tool365 is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent allowed by law.

We may change, pause, or discontinue the site or any tool. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every tool will always work.

Some features depend on outside services and platforms. Their availability and content are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Tool365 and its original branding and site content belong to Tool365 or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit, subject to other people's rights.

To the extent allowed by law, Tool365 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, service interruptions, or loss caused by unverified tool results or outside services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms and will change the date above. If you continue using Tool365 after an update, the revised terms apply to your continued use.

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly violate these terms or harm the service or its users.
