Field order:minute hour day-of-month month day-of-week

Example:0 9 * * 1-5 → 09:00 Monday–Friday.

Example:30 18 1,15 * * → 18:30 on the 1st and 15th.

Example:0 */4 * * * → every 4 hours.

When both day-of-month and day-of-week are restricted, standard cron evaluates them using OR semantics.
