For safety the converter only accepts self-contained SVGs. Files with scripts, <foreignObject>, XML entity declarations, or links to external images, stylesheets and fonts are refused, and the message names the element at fault. Images embedded as base64 (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, AVIF) are fine, so for an external image link, embed the image or remove the link.
Text is drawn with fonts available on the server, not the fonts on your computer. For identical results, convert text to outlines (paths) in your design tool before exporting the SVG.
Yes. The file is sent to our server, rasterized, and returned to you as a PNG. It is not stored after the conversion completes. Files are limited to 4 MB each, with up to 20 files per batch.
SVG is not supported by all applications (email clients, some CMS platforms, older software). PNG is universally compatible and works everywhere.
For screen/web: 1×–2× your display size. For print: at least 300 DPI, which for a 4-inch image means 1200px or larger. Use a custom size at 2× density for print-quality output.
